2. 구독에 포함된 항목

《2.1 A subscription opens access to the whole catalogue of tests, to the disclosure of every result with its commentary and percentile, to the certificates issued above the threshold of a test, and to the history of attempts kept in the account.》

《2.2 Appearing on the public ranking is a separate choice, made attempt by attempt, and can be reversed at any time. It is not conditional on a subscription.》

《2.3 A subscription confers no entitlement to a particular score. A result records a performance on the day; the Terms of Sale and Use state what a result and a certificate are, and what they may not be used for.》

《3. Introductory offer》

《3.1 The offer begins with an introductory period of 48 hours at ₩1,521, giving full access for that period.》

《3.2 At the end of the 48 hours the introductory period converts automatically into a monthly subscription at ₩82,810, unless it has been cancelled before then. The date and amount of the first full charge are stated at checkout and repeated in the confirmation email.》

《3.3 The introductory amount is charged at once and is not refunded, since access is supplied immediately. Cancelling during the period prevents the conversion and any further charge.》

《4. Price and tax》

《4.1 Prices differ by market. The price that applies is the one displayed at checkout, in the currency shown there, before the order is confirmed.》

《4.2 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. VAT is that of the customer's country of residence, under the European rules on electronically supplied services.》

5. 청구 및 갱신

《5.1 Payment is taken by card through Stripe. Subscribing authorises WhoTest to charge the registered payment method on each renewal date. WhoTest never holds the card details.》

《5.2 Renewal is automatic, monthly, on the same date each month, and continues until the subscription is cancelled. There is no minimum term and no commitment beyond the month in progress.》

《6. What is sent by email》

• 《a confirmation when the offer is taken up, stating the amount of the first full charge and its date;》
• 《a reminder before the introductory period converts;》
• 《an invoice after every charge;》
• 《a notice if a payment fails, and a notice before any price change takes effect.》

《6.1 These messages are sent to the account's email address. Keeping it current is the customer's responsibility.》

7. 취소

《7.1 The subscription can be cancelled at any time, free of charge and with no notice:》

• 《from the account, in the billing settings: the fastest route, and the one that takes effect immediately;》
• 《by email to [email protected], from the account's email address.》

《7.2 Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access remains until the end of the period already paid for; there is no pro-rata refund of that period other than under the Refund Policy.》

《7.3 A confirmation is sent by email, stating the date on which access ends. A cancellation requested by email is recorded on the date it is received.》

《8. Right of withdrawal》

《8.1 A consumer resident in the European Union or the EEA has fourteen (14) days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving reasons, under Directive 2011/83/EU.》

《8.2 Because access is opened immediately at the customer's express request, the amount refunded on withdrawal is reduced in proportion to what has already been supplied. The Refund Policy sets this out in full.》

《8.3 To withdraw, write to [email protected] from the account's email address within the period.》

《9. If a payment fails》

• 《the payment is retried over the following days, and an email invites the customer to update their payment method;》
• 《a banner in the account gives direct access to the payment page for as long as the problem lasts;》
• 《access is suspended if the payment is still outstanding after several days;》
• 《the subscription is cancelled if it remains unpaid, with no fee or penalty.》

《9.1 Nothing is owed beyond the last period actually billed. Access is restored as soon as the payment succeeds.》

10. 가격 변경

10.1 가격 변경은 발효되기 최소 30일 전에 이메일로 통지되며 다음 갱신부터 적용됩니다. 고객은 해당 날짜 전에 무료로 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소하지 않으면 수락으로 간주됩니다。

11. 계정 종료

《11.1 Deleting the account, from the account settings, removes the account, its attempts, its results, its certificates and any ranking entry. It does not by itself refund the period in progress.》

《11.2 Cancel the subscription before deleting the account, so that no further charge is made.》
