Cookie management
Which cookies WhoTest uses, what they do, and how to adjust your preferences anytime.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It stores information between pages or visits: like your language or login session.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to the site's operation and cannot be disabled: session cookie (keeping you logged in), language cookie (serving the site in your chosen language), and test-pass token (linking an in-progress test to your browser before account creation).
They don't require your consent because the service can't be delivered without them.
3. Analytics & marketing
When analytics are enabled, third-party cookies may be used to understand how the site is used and improve our content. They're only set after you consent, and you can withdraw that consent anytime.
4. Manage your preferences
You can adjust your choices anytime from the consent banner or delete cookies already set via your browser settings.
Deleting strictly necessary cookies may disconnect you and cause you to lose a test in progress.
5. Retention period
Consent and preference cookies are retained for up to thirteen months. Session cookies expire when you close your browser or when the session ends.
6. Contact
