Physics (Full version) in 13 minutes.

It assesses your understanding of Newtonian dynamics, energy transmission, hydrostatics and heat transfer through knowledge and reasoning problems with one correct answer each. It suits learners, curious readers and people preparing an exam on Physics.

There are three levels: Easy, Intermediate and Expert, each with a Short version of 10 questions and a Full version of 30. Choose Short for a quick overview or Full for a more precise score.

Revise the listed skills, especially Newtonian dynamics, energy transmission and electrokinetics. Practise setting out known quantities before choosing an equation, and double-check units. Use the optional Hint for a method tip; it never gives the answer.

Correct answers are counted out of the total, one point each. Bands are Needs work below 40%, Intermediate from 40%, Advanced from 60%, Expert from 80% at Expert level only. Passing earns a PDF certificate with first and last name, score, date, number and QR code.

You can retake using Start again; the questions are the same and in the same order, so a retake mostly measures memory. Rankings show only your best attempt: highest score, then shortest time, with first name and last initial, country, city, score and time. Your result is visible to you.

Each format has one overall time limit shown as Time remaining. When time ends, the test finishes and unanswered questions count as wrong. Questions come one at a time, but you can go back, change an answer and bookmark for review.
